Drop it off at our warehouse in Bell, California, or ask us to pick it up. We are open every day from 8am to 5pm, so you do not have to miss work.

We measure and label it
We confirm the size of your box and tell you the exact price before you pay. Then we label it with the recipient’s name, address and phone. We charge by size, never by weight.

We cross the border
We prepare the paperwork and assist with customs clearance. You file nothing and get no surprises along the way.

We deliver to the door
Your box goes straight to your family’s home in Mexico. Door delivery is already part of the price you paid here.

By the size of the box, at a flat rate. Find your size in the price list and that is the total. We do not calculate weight or dimensional weight.
Is there a weight limit?
No. Fill the box to the top — the price depends only on the size of the box.
Does the price include delivery in Mexico?
Yes. Our prices are already set at your family’s front door: the person receiving pays nothing extra for home delivery.
Do you pick up, or do I bring the box in?
Both. We offer door-to-door pickup in the Los Angeles area, or you can drop your box at the Bell warehouse any day between 8am and 5pm. Arrange a pickup on WhatsApp.
Do you help with customs?
Yes, customs clearance assistance is included in the service. We prepare the paperwork; you file nothing.
Can I send a flat-screen TV?
Yes. Flat screens have their own price list, from 41 to 65 inches. Tell us the screen size and we confirm the rate.
What details do you need about the recipient?
Full name, address with street, number, neighbourhood and postal code, and a phone number they answer. That is what we label your box with.
How do I track my package?
Online tracking is launching soon. In the meantime, message us on WhatsApp at (818) 296-6797 with the sender’s name and we will tell you where your package is.
